What does patron data protection look like in practice? Come to this webinar to learn from the experience of three libraries in Colorado. Julianne Rist (Jefferson County Public Library), Tim Miller (Pines and Plains Libraries), and Joel Tonyan (Kraemer Family Library, University of Colorado Colorado Springs) will each share what they have done to improve the security of patron data. From policies to procedures, systems to staff training, this webinar will provide you with practical examples of how patron data protection is addressed in the library.
