Financial Literacy for Library Staff

The Colorado State Library is partnering with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau to promote their Community Financial Education Libraries Project.
The goal of this project is to help libraries become the go to location in their community for free financial education tools and resources, and as part of this goal, we are offering a one day training session on free financial education tools and resources for librarians.
Topics this workshop will cover include:
- An overview of the Community Financial Education Libraries Project
- Basic Financial Planning
- Common Cents for Colorado
- Retirement Planning
- Fraud Prevention
