CASL “Spring Fling” of Learning

Join us for some learning to refresh and reboot you for next year! The awesome CO Association of School Librarians are hosting a “Spring Fling” of learning on Saturday, May 6th. We learners will:
- Gain skills on meaningful ways to prove our worth!
- Explore other topics ‘unconference’ style.
- Get to explore RAFT Colorado, where our event will take place.
- Receive Continuing Ed credit.

Bring your own device and join us to learn with National Board Certified Teresa Lansford (bio below), who will be facilitating our morning learning with strategies for data-driven instruction that will provide insights for how we can use data to inform, influence and garner support from our communities. Our afternoon sessions will be unconference-style to meet our unique needs.
Teresa Lansford is a National Board Certified Teacher with an MLIS from the University of Oklahoma and 14 years of experience in education. Mrs. Lansford serves on several technology and leadership committees and has been the recipient of numerous grants including the Cox Innovation in Education Grant, Scholastic Patterson Grant, Dollar General Literacy Foundation Grant, and Target Field Trip Grant. For the past 5 years she has also served in the capacity of data consultant both within her building and district; helping librarians and administrators access student data for meaningful goal setting and advocacy.
